Driver Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated

  • Must be at least 23 years of age

  • Must live within two hours of greater Atlanta area

  • Must have minimum of 1-year OTR experience

  • 6 months OTR experience accepted ONLY if partner has 1 year OTR experience

  • Team or willing to run team

  • No major accidents, no more than 2 minor violations in the last 3 years

  • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical & Drug Screen

  • Must have or be willing to obtain HAZMAT endorsement

  • Must not have SAP on Clearing House records

  • Must have a clear record with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearing House

  • Must be a open communicator
